Today's roof replacement was the first part part of a three-step process to fix our attic black mold and rodent problems. I've never seen such an efficient Roofing crew in my entire life. And I'm a retired Tradesman. Beautiful work, Pleasant crew, great results, and the best cleanup imaginable. I'm looking forward to the two next steps including soffit venting and insulation replacement. OK, so one month later: the entire project is finished. The gutter crew came to cut in additional soffit vents. Grant was fast, efficient and payed attention to detail. Grant made sure the new vents were painted to match the soffit and siding. At the same time an outstanding crew tackled the insulation part of the project. Armond, Aron, and James worked as hard as I've ever seen in the trades or anywhere else. These guys sucked out the old foul insulation, sealed all penetrations, added new baffles, vented bathroom exhaust fans. It was a three day process ending with new cellulose insulation to R60. Again, attention to detail was fabulous. Respect for the house and clean ups were outstanding.
